

How to End Suffering He used to live away from himself. He hid in books, television, and everything else this modern society has ever dreamt of. Always in company of others, because he was afraid of living with himself. One day he got all his courage and opened his eyes, and it was not as painful as he thought it would be. He did not care for books or television anymore, he knew that he himself was enough. What he saw when he opened his eyes was something he never thought was possible.
